This website has been set up to help to preserve and promote the beautiful Church of St Cynllo's to try to ensure that it has a long and prosperous future, to encourage all to enjoy the stunning setting and take part in the wonderful services, to make full use of the beautiful building and its wonderful location as a marvellously fitting venue for Weddings and Christenings, and as a most peaceful and spiritual place for Memorial and Commemoration services.
We also welcome the chance visitor or cultural tourist who is lucky enough to have discovered this jewel nestling in the heart of rural Wales, their visit will be a fortunate one - few people experience the loveliness of this wonderful Church without leaving with a memory (or photograph !) to treasure and enjoy.
This beautiful Church has been described as one of the finest examples of a High Victorian Church to be found anywhere in Wales and is one of very few Grade II* listed buildings to be found in Ceredigion.
It is a busy, active Church with a regular schedule of services continuing the long history of Llangynllo as a place of worship since the 6th Century
